A day costs CZK 230 and a year CZK 2,570. Driving without one risks a fine of up to CZK 20,000.
The Czech vignette is digital and tied to your number plate. It applies to every vehicle with four wheels and a maximum weight of 3.5 tonnes; towed vehicles and motorcycles are not included.
The state sells it at edalnice.gov.cz. Nothing goes on the glass.

Register an Electric Car Before You Drive
A foreign electric or hydrogen car is exempt from the charge, but only after you submit a notice on the official site. It is not automatic, so file it before you leave home.
Pay CZK 230 Rather Than Risk CZK 20,000
Driving on a tolled motorway without a valid vignette risks a fine of up to CZK 20,000.

The blue zones have no meters. Your phone is the meter, and it gives you one hour.
Best bet
P+R, 50 Kč for 24 hours at Chodov, Zličín, Opatov, Nové Butovice or Černý Most, then 10 Kč an hour. You must be able to show a PID transport ticket you actually used that day. Holešovice is 100 Kč.
Watch out
Blue zones have no parking meters. Payment is online only, and in Prague 1 a visitor gets one hour a day at 80 Kč, charged 08:00–06:00 including Sunday. A flat phone means you cannot legally park.
