Best in November and December, also good in October

From Copenhagen and back: seven nights, 1,381 km, the longest day about 4 h 15 at the wheel. Driving costs €160–€280 + 2 tolls not priced.

Festival of Lights Berlin (22nd edition): light art on landmarks, ten evenings: 9–18 October 2026. Watch for: Berlin Umweltzone: green sticker required, also for foreign-registered cars.
