How to Drive to Disneyland Paris From Calais (2026)

Checked 13 October 2026 against the motorway operator's 2026 table, Disneyland Paris's own pages and OpenStreetMap routing · skynomad

France: all 3 pages

Verdict

From the Channel Tunnel at Calais it is 317 km and about 3 h 50 to Disneyland Paris, with one toll of €25.20.

The motorway goes round Paris on the A104, so you never drive into the city or its low-emission zone. The one toll is paid at the Chamant barrier on the A1.

Most drivers from Britain cross to Calais with LeShuttle or a ferry and drive the rest in one go. The Channel Tunnel crossing itself takes 35 minutes, by LeShuttle's own figure, before the drive below.

The Route, Road by Road

  1. A26 from Calais towards Saint-Omer and Reims (toll section).
  2. A1, the Autoroute du Nord, towards Paris (toll section, paid at Chamant).
  3. Leave the A1 at exit 6 for Charles de Gaulle and take the N104, a short stretch of the N2, then the A104, La Francilienne, towards Marne-la-Vallée.
  4. Join the A4 towards Metz and Nancy, and leave at exit 14.

There is one toll on the way. You take a ticket where the A26 toll section starts, at the Setques toll plaza, where Calais traffic joins, and pay at the Chamant barrier on the A1, north of Paris. After the A1, OpenStreetMap marks no toll on the Francilienne (N104 and A104) or on the A4 as far as exit 14. How to pay at the booth, by card or cash: France tolls.

The Disney car park charges a flat daily rate that is not part of the park ticket, and guests of the Disney Hotels and associated hotels park free in their hotel car park, except at the Adagio City Apart'hotel Val d'Europe. What a day in the car park costs, campervans included, is on ParkingInEurope's Disneyland Paris parking guide.

Paris's Low-Emission Zone Is Not on This Route

The Grand Paris low-emission zone covers the area inside the A86 ring. On weekdays from 08:00 to 20:00, except public holidays, cars with a Crit'Air 3, 4 or 5 sticker, or none, may not drive there. The route above stays about 21 km from the centre of Paris at its nearest, outside that ring, so it needs no sticker.

If you drive into Paris itself during the stay, you do need one: the Crit'Air sticker costs €5.11 posted abroad, only from certificat-air.gouv.fr. See Crit'Air and the ZFE zones.

Before You Leave Britain

You need your licence, the V5C, your insurance and a UK sticker if your plate does not show it; the list is on driving from the UK. In France the car must carry a vest within reach and a warning triangle: what you need to drive in France. For tolls and fuel on other French drives, see the cost of driving in France.
